PSYCHOLOGISTS CODE

The Psychologists Code (effective from June 2003) is the collection of by-laws that provide practical guidance and direction to psychologists in the practice of psychology in Tasmania.  These by-Laws  are made pursuant to Section 11 of the Psychologists Registration Act 2000.  Contravention of the Psychology Code may constitute professional misconduct and result in disciplinary action under Part 4 of the Act.
