bulletin. Please
read the
instructions for
completion
carefully.
You are encouraged
to complete your
answers
electronically but
you must submit a
printed copy to
reach the Pharmacy
Board office no
later than 5.00pm
on Monday 7 April.
Emailed copies will
not be accepted.
Don't forget to make
sure your Preceptor
has signed the front
cover of your
assignment before
you submit it.
APRIL WORKSHOPS
The first block workshops
will take place
Monday 14 April
until Wednesday 16
April. A timetable
will be sent out
with the next
e-news.
All
block workshops are
conducted at the
Northern Group
Training Rooms, 175
Collins Street
Hobart.
Attendance is
compulsory.
TUTOR VISITS
Tutor visits will
commence this month.
Clinical tutors Jane
and Cynthia are both
available through
email and phone (see
side bar for
details) so if you
have an urgent
matter that can't
wait either send an
email or leave a
phone message.
Please make sure you
put GAP 2008 in the
subject line when
emailing.
CONTRACTS OF SERVICE
There are a couple
of Contracts of
Service still
outstanding. if this
is you, please mail
your completed
contract of service
to the Pharmacy
Board at GPO Box 792
Hobart 7001, asap.
CONTACT DETAILS
If
you move house,
change your phone
number or get a new
email address make
sure you advise the
Board straight away.
